What are cryptocurrency payments? 

Cryptocurrency payments involve transactions where cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin or Ethereum, are used instead of traditional currencies to pay for goods or services.

How long does a Bitcoin Mainnet transaction take? 

Bitcoin transactions can take anywhere from 10 minutes to more than 1 hour depending on network congestion. It is always advised for the customer to pay a slightly higher gas fee in order for their transaction to be prioritised.

Why should my company start accepting cryptocurrency payments?

By accepting cryptocurrency as a form of payment, your company opens itself up to a whole new market of consumers who prefer to pay in cryptocurrency. The transaction costs associated with cryptocurrency payments are also much lower than traditional payment systems.

How do I log into the ePOS device?

To log into the ePOS, there are two options:

1. Allocated staff members can receive OTPs on their associated cell phone numbers.
2. You can also create a Staff Login Password for your staff members to access the ePOS device.

How do I conduct a sale using cryptocurrency in store?

Using ePOS   
1. Select cashier pro.
2. Enter ZAR amount.
3. Choose which network customer would like to pay on.
4. Choose desired cryptocurrency to pay with.
5. Accept rate.
6. Agree to payment notes.
7. Select the pay via QR Code option.
8. Scan QR code from desired crypto wallet.
9. Payment is successful when receipt is printed. 

Scan To Pay
1. Customer scans the in-store QR code using the camera on their mobile device.
2. Enter the correct ZAR amount.
3. Choose desired cryptocurrency and network.
4. Select PAY to proceed.
5. Select the wallet you will be using or copy the address to your wallet.
6. When transaction is successful, select ‘get receipt’ for receipt to be sent to customers email address.

Which networks are offered?

We offer all your favourite networks including TRON (TRC 20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP 20), Ethereum (ERC 20), Bitcoin Lightning Network, Binance Pay, Bitcoin main network as well as Solana.

Which coins can I pay with?

Customers can pay with a large variety of cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT, ETH, PAXG, BNB, and 70+ coins on Binance Pay.

How does it work with gas fees and charges?

Gas fees will need to be paid by the customer. When paying with BTC, it is always recommended for customers to pay higher gas fees to prioritise the transaction.

My device hasn’t been used in a while and won’t
switch on when I try charge it through the docking station.

Try taking the cable out of the docking station and insert the cable directly into the device. The device is charging when there is a red light present in the top right corner of the device.
